The Digimat Introductory Training aims at giving a first overview of the Digimat products to a new user. The content of this training focuses on the workflow and the hands-on exercises. The theoretical aspects of Digimat’s capabilities are not presented.

2-Day Digimat Standard Training / Material & Structural Engineering
Objectives
The 2-Day Digimat Standard Training includes a Material Engineering Session and a Structural Engineering Session. The material engineering session will teach how to use Digimat material modeling platform to virtually evaluate the performance of new composite material design. The structural engineering session will teach how to use Digimat material model in a FE analysis of a composite part that has fiber orientations predicted by an injection modeling or draping simulation. By using a Digimat material model in a structural analysis users can take into account the non-linear material properties of a composite and the effects of the local microstructure on their part.
